Miniature and jewelry has been sort of a practice playground for me. When I first started working with polymer clay, I was looking to test the material and see its limits. Miniature is a great way to do this since it allows to use minimum of the material, and usually takes less time than a full size sculpture. It has been a couple of years, and to be fair this year I only created 3 or 4 pieces that I have yet to post. However, I don’t feel that I’ll be creating more of this type of simple items. I think it’s time to start something new and more complex.
Right now, my Etsy inventory is pretty much the last of it. I plan on moving toward figurines, larger sculpture, and art dolls. I won’t be adding new jewelry to my store. If you have been eyeing something, be sure to grab it soon ^_^ Right now, I’m running a 15% sale and the shipping is free as well, so check out my Etsy store!

Hi! My name is Oksana Ossipov, and I’m a visual artist and photographer. I was born in Ukraine and currently reside in the area of Dallas, Texas. My formal education includes a BFA in Digital Media Art from San Jose State University. After moving to Texas, I started to focus on my fine art skills and figurative art in particular. I studied for 5 years under Michael Mentler at the Society of Figurative Arts. Through my life, I’ve also acquired a multitude of skills that include web development, sculpting, photography, art studio and business management, and baking awesome blueberry scones!
I’ve been trying to fully devote myself to the art over the past few years. I’m trying to learn and practice as much as I can. However, the workshop, class, and art supply costs present a certain financial challenge. If you like my work and want to support me, I would truly appreciate it! I have a shop full of artworks and creations, but even just sharing my art or social media pages would help a lot. Thank you so much!
