I think I did better here with highlights, but maybe it's best to stay in two-toned palette right now. I think highlights are a good tool to distract the viewer from negative parts of the drawing 🤨
Using here willow charcoal, conte crayons, and white Rembrandt pastels on construction paper. I wanted to keep white only for highlights, but kind of went overboard. Need to practice my values 🙂

These are 10-minute charcoal sketches. I think if I had more time, I'd soften those outlines a bit.

I really love the sketch on the left, it's turned out very dynamic. I think I could make an awesome drawing based on it. Some day... 🙂
Sometimes I forget how short these 3-minute poses are, and concentrate too much on one particular part of the figure. As the result, I usually end up with armless Venuses xD
