Side View Figure Drawing

In this side view figure drawing two female figures are depicted from the back. They are looking at each other as if in a dance. One figure has one leg in front, the other one's legs are crisscrossed.

This side view figure drawing looks like a dance to me. The two figures are looking at each other in expressive pose. It’s unusual to get two similar views in a row, but these two drawings might have been drawn with a break. If not, then it was just lucky that the figures ended up on the page with such connection to each other.

I like both of these drawings, the flow of lights and shadows, and the overal definition of the figure. I’d work more on the torso and arms, but overall these are great for reference. I wonder if I could draw these poses from memory by now. I tried several years ago, and only simples figures turned out well. It might ne time to test myself again.
